Quotes can be based on the information provided by the client and a site visit isn't normally necessary.

• The name address and contact number of the client
• The address of the property
• The type of property - Office/retail/factory/warehouse etc.
• Nature of the building - domestic/purpose built/portal frame/concrete frame
• Age of the building
• Total floor area and number of floors i.e. 450m² over 3 floors
• Number and type of rooms i.e two small offices, a toilet, teamaking area 
• The nature of the heating, cooling and ventilation systems 
• The nature of any modifications made to the building
